Nature Sacred is featuring our video meditation!

Check it out in their June Care package

Nature Sacred:

Our latest Nature Sacred Guide is the third in a three-part “Nature as Teacher” meditation series that works to cultivate mindfulness with the natural world and deepen inner-awareness. Created by our partners at The Center for Art, Design and Visual Culture at UMBC, these programs leverage imagery and inspiration from the nearby Joseph Beuys Sculpture Park — home of a unique and much-loved Sacred Place.

Hit reset with this calming mediation:

Each video meditation is kindly filmed by Research Associate Professor, Director of UMBC’s Imaging Research Center and award-winning filmmaker Lee Boot and narrated by UMBC’s Director of Workplace Learning, OD & Wellness and Founder & CEO of Wardell Development Group LLC.,Jill Wardell. The project is supported by the Center for Art, Design and Visual Culture and the Joseph Beuys Tree Partnership with a generous gift from Nature Sacred (naturesacred.org).
