About Jasmine Washington Jasmine Gabrielle Washington (b. 1996, Baltimore, MD) is an artist, curator, writer, researcher, and archivist living and working between Baltimore, New York, and Virginia. Her practice is composed of case studies drawn from lived and inherited field sites, concerned with the circulation of care: where care comes from, how it moves, who has access to it, and who determines the terms of that access. Working across photography, film, sound, writing, archives, and social work, she traces how people, histories, and ways of knowing are carried forward, asking how care and memory shape our understanding of ourselves and one another. Washington creates environments that slow perception and resist reduction, inviting sustained attention to the complexity, humanity, and autonomy of human life. She is the founder of Use Your Voice, a philanthropic infrastructure grounded in the belief that humankind benefits from humankind. Washington serves as Guest Gallery Curator of Gormley Gallery at Notre Dame of Maryland University. She is a 2026 Darryl Chappell Foundation Mentee, a recipient of the 2026 Fred Lazarus Award for Social Change, a France-Merrick Fellow, and an MFA candidate in Photography + Media & Society at the Maryland Institute College of Art, where she studies under Bill Gaskins. About Darrius Fox Darrius Fox is a 31-year-old lens-based artist from Baltimore, MD. He is a self-taught artist, initially working as a wedding photographer before transitioning to film photography. Intent on preserving the practice of analog photography, Fox shoots, develops, scans, and prints a majority of his images by hand. His photographs range from urban landscapes and portraiture to street scenes of everyday life. About Kelvin Bulluck Kelvin Bulluck is an award-winning portrait photographer specializing in editorial, fashion and beauty imagery. His photos have been featured in British Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar UK, Essence, Rolling Out Magazine, Bmore Art Magazine, The Washingtonian, Baltimore Style Magazine and on networks such as Lifetime, Bravo, Discover, OWN TV, MSNBC and Netflix. The concept of beauty has always been a curiosity for him. What is beauty? Why are some things deemed beautiful and others, not so much? It wasn’t until he discovered portrait photography that he realized he could explore these questions from his own point of view. He thrives on building a connection with those in front of his lens, while pinpointing and highlighting what he considers various aspects of their beauty.
